In addition, we offer expert support for the logistics sector, especially with regard to digitalization and process optimization.
For our headquarters in Fürstenau (Germany), we are looking for the next possible date for a
specialist in quality management (m/f/d) in full or part time.
– Taking care of our product portfolio with corresponding support, e.g. Track&Trace and billing system
– Processing customer inquiries via ticket system, e-mail and telephone
– Close cooperation with our IT service providers
– Creation and evaluation of various quality statistics
For this comprehensive task you are qualified with an education in the commercial field. Initial experience in the area of quality management and/or data management would be an advantage. Ideally, you bring knowledge from customer service with you.
You are characterized by your open, approachable manner. An affinity for the IT sector and data processing is also essential, as are communication skills. Fluent negotiation skills in German and English are required. Other languages are an advantage.
