Your personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) will be processed by us in accordance with data protection regulations. The use of our site is possible without providing personal data. For the use of individual services of our site different rules may apply, which are explained separately below.

We use so-called “cookies” on our site to recognize multiple use of our offer, by the same user/internet connection owner. This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior patterns of website visitors. To that end, the website operator receives a variety of user data, such as pages accessed, time spent on the page, the utilized operating system and the user’s origin. This data is summarized in a user-ID and assigned to the respective end device of the website visitor.

Furthermore, Google Analytics allows us to record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks, among other things. Google Analytics uses various modeling approaches to augment the collected data sets and uses machine learning technologies in data analysis.

Google Analytics uses technologies that make the recognition of the user for the purpose of analyzing the user behavior patterns (e.g., cookies or device fingerprinting). The website use information recorded by Google is, as a rule transferred to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored.

The use of these services occurs on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. You may revoke your consent at any time.

Collection of data for statistical information

We collect data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

– Name of the accessed website,
– file, date and time of access,
– amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval,
– browser type and version,
– the operating system of the user,
– Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
– IP address and the requesting provider.

We use the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the website. However, we reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

Online contact form for communication

On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing his contact. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site is also not carried out.

Use of Google Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.

With each individual call of the “Google Maps” component, a cookie is set by Google in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the “Google Maps” service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” or only to a limited extent.

Publication of job advertisements / online job applications

Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of handling the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your transmitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal provisions.

If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (for example, the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of prospective applicants.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. Illegal contents were not recognizable at that time. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Right of objection

In accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, you have the right to object to any processing based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 e) or f) DSGVO. If personal data about you is processed by us for the purpose of direct marketing, you may object to such processing in accordance with Art. 21 2) and (3) DSGVO.

Use of contact data

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation, as well as other named contact persons by third parties for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby expressly objected to. The abacab cloud solutions GmbH, in particular the responsible persons mentioned by name, expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam mails.

Recaptcha

To protect your inquiries via Internet form, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data from Google. The deviating data protection regulations of the Google company apply to this data. Manage website

We administrate this website with the assistance of the ManageWP tool. The provider is GoDaddy.com WP Europe, Trg republike 5, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter referred to as ManageWP).

Among other things, ManageWP ensures that we can monitor the security and performance of our website as well as generate automatic backups. Consequently, ManageWP has access to all of the website’s content, including our databases. ManageWP is being hosted on the provider’s servers.

The use of ManageWP is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in a website(s) that work(s) as effectively and securely as possible. If appropriate consent has been obtained, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user’s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. This consent can be revoked at any time.

Data processing

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract mandated by data privacy laws that guarantees that they process personal data of our website visitors only based on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
