Collection of data for statistical information<\/strong><\/p>

We collect data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). The access data includes:<\/p>

On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and\/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing his contact. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site is also not carried out.<\/p>

Use of Google Maps<\/strong><\/p>

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.<\/p>

With each individual call of the “Google Maps” component, a cookie is set by Google in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.<\/p>

Publication of job advertisements \/ online job applications<\/strong><\/p>

Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of handling the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your transmitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal provisions.<\/p>

If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (for example, the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of prospective applicants.<\/p>

Links to other websites<\/strong><\/p>

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. Illegal contents were not recognizable at that time. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation, as well as other named contact persons by third parties for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby expressly objected to. Recaptcha<\/strong><\/p>

To protect your inquiries via Internet form, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data from Google. The deviating data protection regulations of the Google company apply to this data. We administrate this website with the assistance of the ManageWP tool. The provider is GoDaddy.com WP Europe, Trg republike 5, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter referred to as ManageWP).<\/p>

Among other things, ManageWP ensures that we can monitor the security and performance of our website as well as generate automatic backups. Consequently, ManageWP has access to all of the website\u2019s content, including our databases. ManageWP is being hosted on the provider\u2019s servers.<\/p>

The use of ManageWP is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in a website(s) that work(s) as effectively and securely as possible. If appropriate consent has been obtained, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and \u00a7 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user\u2019s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG.
